I am at the retirement age of 67, but I would like to build say a 25 unit housing project where I could live and attract others who want a desirable less cluttered place for retirement. The location is key. I now live in Rossmoor in So Calif. but I am wondering where to go what to invest in and how can I find this dream project. I am also working for a Meals on Wheels non-profit and their Board wants to create a project for Senior Housing.
