You can&#039;t castigate for &quot;gaming the system&quot; as you do and deem it an appropriate response.  How about &quot;Do not sign any Estimates of Good Faith until they are fully understood and do not hesitate in making the preparer explain anything that needs clarification.&quot;  Your solution exacerbates the problem and doesn&#039;t help change the behavior of the loan brokers.</description>
