      This article supposes a very narrow set of circumstances that do create broker liability. The broker induced the seller to accept the offered price while the seller was relying upon a conflicted broker. This is a problem, not only in a flip, but in a broad variety of sale scenarios involving compromised brokers. Let’s not blame the flip. —George
